- How do I register my child for camp?

For online registration, simply choose your camps, add your child(ren), add their relevant details and then PAY ONLINE via credit card or mail your PAYMENT BY CHECK. Your space will be reserved immediately for online payments; camp space will be reserved upon receipt of payment for payments by mail.

You will receive an email verification with order number and also a log in and password to come back and manage your info.

For registration by fax or mail. Click on the REGISTRATION FORM link at the bottom of the website. Print & complete the form. Payment must be made by check or money order. Your space will not be reserved until payment is received.
- What are the age limits?
Each camp lists the recommended age limits.
Campers are divided on courts based on a combination of age and level of play.

Younger than the age limits: If she has previous camp/team experience we may accept the camper if it is verified that the camper is able to participate in all camp activities.

Graduated from high school prior to December preceeding the camp: You will not be able to attend camp.

- Where is camp located?
Satellite Camps are held off-campus at various schools or gyms.

- How and when do I pay for camp?
All camp payments are due 1 week prior to the start of camp.

- Do you have any camp discounts or scholarships?
Per NCAA rules we do not offer any camp scholarships.

- I have a USF Volleyball Gift Certificate! How do I redeem it?
Email us and include your name (parent), organization where you obtained the certificate, exact wording on the gift certificate and camper's name. We will reply and give you the DISCOUNT CODE to enter during checkout or write on paper registration. Please do not share the discount code with others!

Please note: per NCAA rules, the camper must not have started 9th grade. If the intended receipient is in 9th grade, at your own discretion, you can transfer the certificate to an eligible camper prior to her camp registration.
- What if I cancel or cannot attend camp?
PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR ANOTHER CAMPER >>> The full amount paid can be applied toward another camp during the same year OR We will retain a $50 non-refundable deposit and the amount paid in excess of $50 will be refunded to the payer by check.
